Engine Performance problem
2000 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 130.00 miles

I have a 2000 ford ranger with around 130,000 miles
my proplem is when I run the truck in town it runs fine. But when I run it on the highway I have no power. I have changed plugs wires and had the coil unit tested an it was fine. Have checked the catillit converter and chaned the fuel fuillter and I get the same result. What is wrong thanks.

It sounds like your fuel pump is starting to fail. It is common for fuel pumps to fail at the mileage your truck has on it... Would explain you loss of power on HWY and not in town. Also look at your O2 Sensors.
