There are two coolant connections welded into the top of the intake manifold at the front. One of them has broken off flush with the manifold. Does anyone know how this can be repaired and if I take it to a shop, how much I should expect to pay for the repair?

Ok here is what I could recomend. You either need to replace the manifold or you can drill and tap that hole and put in a connector. I can't tell what size the hole is so measure it and find out 1/8 or 1/4 pipe would work best. Then drill to proper size for tap and tap the hole so it has threads and put in a new connector, like the one I have included a pic of. Then change your antifreeze as it looks like there is a lot of rust in it.
