1999 Ford Ranger 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

just bought my truck and the former owner had replaced the seat but had yet to install the seat belts. I need to know how to go about installing the connectors in the center of the seat.

THe receiver is just bolted to the floor. If you look under the seat, you should see a place in the carpet for it to bolt to.

Thanks for the reply about my seatbelts but now I have another problem. The bolts arent fitting now I dont know if the bolts are just to big like they look like or if i'm missing some other part?
