1999 Ford Ranger power window fuse keeps blowing and won't

About a week ago the power window fuse blew and it blows as soon as I replace it, without the truck on. At the same time this began happening the 4 wheel drive stopped working. Also I need to replace the mass air flow sensor. Is it ok to install a reconditioned one.

Do you mean a recondition Mass Air flow Sensor? I can't speak for everyone but I think one from a junk yard will work fine. Just look it over good for any damage to the element or electrical. JMO
