1998 Ford Ranger squeaking noise

My truck started making a squeaking noise when turning left or right, it also makes same noise when pushing up and down on front of car. This is only on front drivers side. It was very cold outside when this problem started

If I had to guess, I'd say lower balljoint. Check it with a probe or a hose. Place one end on the balljoint and the other to your ear and have someone bounce the car. WATCH YOU HANDS THOUGH, I've had mine smashed before doing this.
