Engine cranks but will not start?

My ranger just quit running and now will turn over but will not start, Checked fuel pump pressure at rail (60 psi) Change fuel pump relay still no start, checked spark plus for fire and have spark.? What is my next step ranger has been well taken care of and never any problems before except change Odometer relay in the differential

Check for compression. Timing belt may have broke. A typical symptom is an engine that spins over faster than normal. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?

The compression is godd still no crank

Use a noid light and check for injector pulse if it is cranking.....IS it cranking or not cranking?
