What is the best way to patch a rusted through section of my truck bed without replacing the whole bed?

EXPERT

Cut out hte old section and weld in a new one.

If desired use bondo on top side. Under neith spray all over with self etch primer then paint it. I suggest using undercoating on that to protect it further.
