1996 Ford Ranger Fuel Problems

My truck has problems starting and dying on me. I checked the battery, gave it a tune up, and it still runs bad. Were would I find the fuel pump and the fuel filter?

The fuel pump is in the fuel tank and the fuel filter is located on the drivers side frame rail.
