1995 Ford Ranger Air does not flow through ducts

I have noticed recently that with the air con on when accelerating the cold air from the ducts stops. If I slow down it comes back on. I tightened the belt but still does it.

I just tackled this problem on a 99 F-150. Changed air conditioner compressor and fixed problem. Hook a set of A/C manifold gauges up and let me know what pressures are idling then what they are revving it up
