Got a grinding noise when driving, and randomly when driving, the truck will start shaking real bad real loud and won't stop until I almost come to a stop then it will go back to normal got any ideas?

Death wobble! I would check the wheel bearings and then move on to worn suspension components. Does teh steering wheel move when this happens?

Check the toe of the front tires.
