I have replaced the wiper motor and I have tested the 6amp cb fuse. The motor will not turn and wipers will not work. Please help.

Get a meter or test light to motor and see if volt is there when wiper switch is on. If not problem with switch.

I have tested with a volt meter and out of the 4 wires the red and black show almost 12 volts. The other 2 wires will give an audible tone with voltmeter set on ohm.

When I turn the switch on I hear a click under the dash from around the fuse panel. I have also had the switch on and connected and disconnected the plug from the motor and the clicking under the dash happens every time it is connected just like the switch.

Do your wipers have intermittent function? If so the clicking is controler And is not giving ground to the motor. Follow the click to the controler. Do not know a test other than operate see if power comes to it when switched and out.
