Not quite sure what you are asking.

There are the Exhaust Valves and the Intake Valves

Yes but are they adjustable, see the problem is I dont have good compression in 1 and 3 so either its the valves or the rings

Sorry for delay.

Ok, well here is how you can detemine if it is the rings or not.

Pull the plugs on those 2 cylinders and squirt some engine oil into them then check compression if compression increases then it is most likely the rings.

If compression doesn't increase then could be the valves. If it is the valves it could just be weak valve springs or bent valves.
