Heater fan only works on High Speed

My heater fan only works on High Speed. I have had this problem on other vehicles and replaced the heater fan relay to fix it. All the parts stores I check told me there is no relay for my truck. Any suggestions as to where to check next?

Replace blower motor resistor open hood beside blower motor on the firewall
