Will a transmission from a 1995 Ford Ranger fit my old 1993 Ford Ranger? A transmission for a 1993 Ford Ranger is hard to find, any suggestions?

We always recommend direct fit replacements. The manufacturers chance things all of the time. I don't have a cross reference for this info, but a salvage yard should. Contact one and ask for their recommendations.
