My truck want start by the switch. I have replaced the starter. I can push it off and it runs fine. What else can be the problem.

Could be the solenoid

if its automatic tranny make sures it in nuetral or park
the shifter cable could be loose and says it in park but really its not push the emergency brake all the way in just in case it jumps into gear

or manual the clutch all the way in
