Will not start from key switch

Hello, I'd do some testing at the starter relay. Voltage to the control side of relay comes from the ignition switch through the clutch switch to the relay, key in the crank position. Voltage to the load side of relay is hot all the time, comes from the battery. If you don't know the location of relay, follow one of the positive battery cables.
