1993 Ford Probe, Miles 184149 v6 engine.
engine just quit,
noticed "fuel cutout" light on so I checked the fuel shut off valve in the rear. It was ok.
timing belt was replaced a few months ago and it has ran ok scince replacement although a little sluggish and fuel rich but ok. Not the same power as before replacement I belive they may not have it in perfect timeing. But I do have compression and belt rotates. I think it is getting fuel. Loosened the injector rack and turned over. Could not be for sure. I checked for spark and did not get any. I check for voltage at the distributer and had voltage on a couple of wires. Not sure where I should have it or what it should be. Can anyone help me with this. I have heard Ford had a problem with this but do not know the answer. Would be glad to donate more for the correct answer.
Thank you. BC

If you got no spark, check or replace the ICM, screwed to the side of the distributor...
