Engine Performance problem
1994 Ford Probe 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

HI
When I first star my probe white smoke pours out of the exhaust pipe(looks like a smoke machine)
Once the engine is warm there is nothing coming out of the exhaust
The smoke smells of car fumes, The engine runs fine, starts straight away and drives lovely.
I have been told that white smoke is coolant entering the cylinders, but I don't seem to be losing any.
The Oil seems ok as well.
This has only happened since I replaced the engine oil. Oil used was castrol magnatec 15w40.
I recently removed all the sparks plugs and they looked normal.

Chances are you are getting a small amount of coolant into the cylender causing the white smoke. It is usually the result if a bad head gasket.
