1993 Ford Probe pulsing idle

After my car warms up and driven for a while when I come to a stop and the car is idleing it reves up and down about 400 rpm I've changed the o2 sensor and checked the vacume lines but it still doed it. Any advise for me?

Sounds to me like it could be a faulty IAC moduel or a dirty plugged EGR valve or PCV valve. Also clean the throttle body.
