Interior problem
1990 Ford Probe 4 cyl Automatic

I own a 1990 Ford Probe. I went to get in my car a couple of days ago and noticed my the inside of my front and back windshield was completely frosted up. It happened again yesterday and today. I am just wondering what might be wrong with my car and if their is a cheap fix as I will only be keeping my car for the winter and it is not worth putting a lot of money into it. Thanks

Hi there,

you will have a moisture leak around the rear window, the moisture is condensing on the class and freezing over night, I would be having the rear window seal inspected.

Thanks for your advice. It hasn't been happening these past couple of days. I also haven't been running my heater on the theory that its not a leak but that my heating/airconditioner needs to be recharged and that seems to be working.

This sounds like your heater core. Another way to be able to tell is by checking you floor board if there wet then its most likely you heater core
