1997 Ford touras electrical nightmare part 2

My 97 touras door locks, windows, moon roof, rear defrost do not have poer to their relays, I have checked fuse 4 in the engine compartment with luck. Any further help is much needed, I ran out of ideas a while ago.

I have played musical chairs with the relays and they all function properly in the circuts that are working. The power locks ect. Dont even twitch?
Any idea where to look from here? Thank you

I swapped out the GEM box on the back of the fuse block and still nothing. A ford serviceman told me it is a TR sensor in the trans? I don't know what that is or if it woud fix my problem. Any more thoughts would really help.

Hi, the radio stayed on and disconnecting the TR seamed to do nothing differant. I've got no new insight on this and need some. Thank you.
