I have been getting alot of white gunk in my car in the oil cap and air system, its a fiesta, the white gunk has been cleaned out but keeps returning, I am not losing coolant and it never over heats or even goes past the quarter mark. Can you explain why this keeps happening

Hi there,

this is condensation building up in the engine, you are probably not doing a lot of miles, I would say many short trips, the engine is not getting up to normal operating temp often enough to burn off this moisture properly. Add a tin of engine oil flush and go for a long drive, change the oil & filter, this will help but will not solve your problem, getting the engine up to full temp often will be the best thing to do.
