1992 Other Ford Models Charge problem

Hi Dear
I have 1992 Ford Sierra automobile.I have charge problem on engine idle time.I m looking acu voltage is going down almost 10 volt and alternator is not starting to charge. When I give a strong accelerator, charge is starting and giveng 13.80 volt.
Note : Acu replaced new one, alternator replaced new one, belt replaced new one, Acu main cables are replaced new one.
Please urgent help, Thnx a lot

P.S. : Its enough for start to charge one time strong acelerator, idle time continou to charging
