I said FENDERWELL not firewall. It is usually called an ecm or pcm. Although eec could mean electronic engine control. I fyou can't find it go to an auto parts store and have them SHOW you what you are looking for so you will know what it looks like. I could also be hidden behind your kick panel onthe passenger side.

OK IT WAS BEHIND KICKER PANEL. REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE. HAVE HEADLIGHTS TAIL LIGHTS ENGINE CRANKS OVER A FEW DASH LIGHTS. STILL NO POWER TO ANYTHING ELSE LIKE FUEL PUMPS.I CHECKED ALL THE FUSES WITH TEST LIGHT STILL ONLY THE SAME ONES WORK NOT GETTING POWER TO FUSE PANEL CHECKED FOR ALL THE HOT SIDES OF THE FUSE PANEL WERE THE RELAYS PLUG IN ONLY A COUPLE HAVE POWER TO THEM. THE ONES THAT HAVE POWER TO THEM IS THE AC/TEMP SWITCH, THE SEAT BELT REMINDER, AND THE IGNITION SWITCH RELAYS. THERE ARE 20 REGULAR FUSES AND 13 CIRCUIT PROTECTED RELAYS IN FUSE PANEL

One thing I forgot to mention is that check the starter or starter relay you may have a fusible link by there. It will be a smaller wire connected to a larger one. It will be on the positive side. They burn out and you lose power to different things. But they are there for protection. Anyhow check those.
