My 302 engine dies when I take off either of the battery cables, I replacer the alternator thinking this was the problem and the battery still needs jumping, I was wandering if its the wiring or could it b a bad alternator or what. Thanks and god bless

Charge your battery and take it and the alternator to the auto parts store. They can check both. Then check to see if there is a broken wire by the voltage relay or the horn relay.
