1963.5 GALAXIE 500 XL WITH STOCK FOUR WHEEL DURM BRAKES, THE CAR HAS A 2 BARREL STOCK CARBERATOR WITH A STD METAL DIST VACUUM SUPPLY TUBE COMMING FROM THE BASE. THE CAR NEVER HAD VACUUM ASSIST POWER BRAKES IS THERE A PLACE ON THE MANIFOLD OR SOMEWHERE ELSE I CAN TAP INTO TO GET A GOOD SOURCE OF VACUUM FOR THE NEW BOOSTER. OR CAN I SHARE VACUUM OUTPUT FROM THE SMALL DIAMITER VACUUM ADVANCE TUBE. MANLY CONCERNED ABOUT ENOUGH VACUUM AND THE BEST WAY TO GET. THANKS FRANK DILLON N. LAS VEGAS NV P.S. NOT SURE BUT THERE MIGHT BE A VACUUM TUBE COMMING UP FROM THE TRANSMISSION CAN I TAP INTO THIS? 352 CI ENGINE FE BIG BLOCK

The line going to the brake booster must be one all by itself. There sould be a pipe plug on the manifold on the backside that you can remove and install and new pipe connection for the brake booster. Check with an auto parts store and see if the master cyinders are different as I think they are. If there isn't a pipe plug it's easy enough to drill and tap one into the manifold.
