2003 Ford Mustang GT V8 83000. I actually have two problems the first is there is a squeaking noise under the hood when I press on the brakes and my second is that sometimes the car will hesitate to start, kind of like it wants to turn over but it doesn't have the power too. If you could give me an idea of what it might be I would appreciate it. Thanks

For the first thing about the squeak is that your brake shoes have a metal tab that lets you know when they are worn so replace the brake shoes shoudl fix that problem.

And the next thign is check the battery grounds and termanals to see if they are clean and tight with no corrosion. Also take off the starter and have it and the solenoid checked for free at your local auto parts dealer
