Mustang power window resetting issue. (Grounding?)

I am having an electrical problem ( 2002 v6 mustang 61k miles auto).
I think something is grounding out the wires for my power windows which then makes
the breaker reset over and over. The windows would work fine after I replug in the fuse and then randomly from an hour to the next day start resetting.

I know for a fact it is my power windows.
When the breaker resets the clock and lights click and flash with each
reset. This continues to happen until I pull the breaker out. Without the
breaker in place everything works just fine except my windows.

Any advise? My windows are stuck down at the moment. I let the car cool for an hour and tried to plug it back in but it just keeps resetting. This use to work in the past but now it doesn't.

Which window is down?
Should pull both driver/passenger window control switches out and reconnect circuit breaker to see if it still resetting or not.
Let us know what you find out!
