Heater and A/C repair question.

Approx how much would it cost to fix a heater and A/C that is not working on the car?

Btw I live in the Bay Area if it makes a difference.

Also a driver door motor for the lock.

Heater and A/C that is not working on the car-is it because when you turn it On it doesn't come On. Or whatever.
