Cant find 1990 gt turn signal relay

1990 ford mustang gt 160,000 miles, my turn signals dont work, hazards do. I cant find the other fuse/relay anywhere. I heard it was like an easter egg hunt finding it. Ive looked briefly in the dash and over places, can you tell me where it would be?

I have a 91, it shoudl be similar. The turn sigs are in the fuse panel under the dash, appx above the clutch pedal

I am also having the same problem locating the electronic flasher unit. It is not in the under dash fuse box location. The four way flasher is there and two - 2 position relays but not the turn signal control unit. I have looked under dash, side kick bolsters, behind the glove box and even behind the instrument cluster. What gives? Did some disgruntled Ford engineer decide to torture us or perhaps the Ford bean counters want us to take our cars into the dealerships and spend 150 bucks for them to plug it in. Does anyone know where this elusive electronic flasher is located?
