I have a 2006 Mustang GT, and don`t drive it often. If I don`t start it for 3 to 4 days I have to jump start it. The battery was checked and is supposed to be fine. What could cause this?

Batt should stay up longer than 3-4 days under normal parasitic drain. Batt is getting on 3yrs old and that's about normal replacement time. Was battery load tested? If not that is the way to determine if it's good. I would replace and get a small charger to keep batt up when not in ues for long periods.
