2005 Ford Mustang exhaust or air intake

I just installed a bbk cold air intake and it works great. I then discovered a leak in my muffler and found that it had a hole in it. My emmisions light came on and i'm wondering if the cause is the muffler or the intake. I installed the intake the same day I found the hole and the light came on.

You need to pull the code form the pcm to go further in the quest.

Probably not the muffler hole :(

Probably the new intake.

The manufacturer of the intake may have a website that will aid in the troubleshooting once you know the code.
