Ok i have a 2003 Mustang Mach 1 with the DOHC 4.6L V8, my problem is my engine feels like its misfiring on idle, it idles smooth then once in a while totaly random it feels like it twitches, besides idle the car runs great, Only codes ive gotten is running lean on both banks, everytime it comes up i do something to fix what might be causing it clear the code and sometimes it takes a whole month for the code to come back, sometimes its lean on 1 bank and other times on both. this is what ive done. Checked fuel pressure, fuel filter changed, replaced 02 sensors, replaced spark plugs, replaced EGR valve gasket, MAF sensor Cleaned, checked for vacume leaks, checked for exhaust leaks, and ran a fuel system cleaner, I dont know what to try next to fix this problem?

I know u said that u checked for vacuum leaks
but 95% its a vacuum leak
and u may need a smoke machine to check for vacuum leaks
