My 2003 Ford Mustang will usually start on the first try. As of recently my car will start and then it will not keep running, or it just will not start at all. What is wrong with my car?

Well what is wrong is hard to tell as I don't have here to work on but we can figure this out ok. What I would like you to do if you would is unplug the mass air flow unit and see if it will start. It will not have any throttle response so don't go driving it ok. If you don't know what I asking please ask and I will include a pic for you, let me know what you find ok.

OK here is a pic of what I need you to unplug. Then see if it will start and idle without dieing. If it does then the mass air flow meter needs to be replaced. Let me know how it goes.
