2002 Ford Mustang misfires

My v6 has a constant misfire from idle to rev up, the aircleaner has been replaced along with the plugs, the service engine light is on, I'm wondering if because the aircleaner was so dirty if it could be an injector?

You need to have the OBD2/computer code/s read out and comeback with it-this is where we start the diagnosis.
