2001 Ford Mustang High Idle at Start Up

When I start up the car after its sat for 5+ hours the engine idles up to around 3k-4k rpms. Once put in gear the idle drops back down to normal and runs fine. Happens every morning no matter the temp outside. Started shortly after washing the car the last time.

Yes the Idle Air Control valve was dirty and wouldn't open and close properly. 15 minutes of work taking it off, cleaning it with Carb cleaner and placing it back on resolved the issue.

It idles at 11oo and wont go down. Anyone help me out. No code comes up. I'm frustated
