My car makes this weird noise near the middle passanger side it kinda sounds like stepping on a gerbal its a medium scweel but it used to only happen if I steped on the gas and as I let off of it it would do it now its starting to happen when ever I let off the gas no matter how hard I hit the gas what could it be?

Could be your alternator/generator belt/tensioner worn or loose? You could try belt dressing on the belt to see if this cure's symptom/scweel for a while, if it does, this is your problem and it will re-occur change belt and or tensioner.

ADJUSTMENTS
BELT TENSION
Vehicles are equipped with automatic drive belt tensioner. Drive belt does not require adjustment. Inspect condition and tension of generator drive belt prior to performing any on-vehicle charging system tests. Replace belt and/or repair tensioner mechanism if necessary.
