Its not a gt. When I start it and its cold it runs like a raped ape but once it warms up and I shut it off for about a half and hour to an hour and start driving it again it gets sluggish and feels like its missfiring. Can you tell me what you think it is and tell me the major problems of that year of mustang

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:
1. Defective spark plug.
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
