1995 Ford Mustang flywheel replacement

I am replacing the flywheel on this engine does it make any difference as to how it goes on with the counter balancing. Since the new flywheel is not marked to match the crankshaft

The flywheel is independently balanced so it can go on any way, just be aware that some flywheels have off set mounting bolts, so the fly wheel may only bolt on in one position anyway. If the bolts line up in all positions, it wont matter.
