1995 Ford Mustang car wont start

i had a dead battery and i had some one give me a push with there car so i could give it a bump start(yes its a stick aka 5 speed) and so i went 2 pop the clutch and it did not start so we got the car (1995 ford mustang) back 2 my house and tryed 2 give it a jump and my pcm is making a hummin sound and its located by my over fill and radiator it right in the midd of them both and its not givin no spark at all thru the engine but i can still turn the key and the car wants to start but its not workin so plz try 2 help me out here and tell me what i can do plz
