1993 Ford Mustang fuel pump constantly runs

I have a 1993 mustang 5.0 I recently got into computer tunng well I plugged my tuning chip in with key on, into the j3 port, and now even with the tuning chip out of the ecm the fuel pump constatly runs when key is on, once the key is off it stops, I suspect the fuel pump relay is stuck open, but is it possible I fried somthing in the ecm when I plugged the chip in with the key on engine not running
