What lift duration on cam should I use in a 1991 mustang 5.0 to get the lope but not have to replace stock valve springs.

Depends, do you just want a lope, or do you want more power?
If you would just like a little lope, just replace your rocker arms.
If you really want a lope, a b-cam or e-cam will be fine.
