1989 Ford Mustang need help iM stumped

The car starts runs for about 1 minute and shuts off got spark but dont have power going to the fuel injectors let it sit for a couple of hours and I can do it again please help because im stumped

Have you checked the fuel pressure
check fuel pump
check timing

Risk of fire.

and flammable and must be handled appropriately
