The car is a 2002 mondeo 2 litre diesel automatic, when i turn on the ignition the odemeter numbers come on. then when i start the car sometimes they go out replased by dashes, when this happens the speedo does not work. Drive a short distance and try again most times works, sometimes i have to stop a few times before it starts working again. I have replased the instrument cluster but i still have the problem. Please can somebody help, Cheers Pat
