1998 Ford Mondeo Car won't fire up

1998 Ford Mondeo Front Wheel Drive Manual

Hi I ran out of fuel and my car has'nt started since, I have replaced the spark plugs, checked the fuel cut off and replaced the fuse for the main electrical system as it had blown. I am not getting any spark from my plugs, any ideas please. Thanks for your time.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
