Passenger side mirror has been knocked by some idiot, and is now loose and is not attached to the arm properly. The only things stopping it falling off completely are the electrical wires. I have attached it temporarily with tape, and it works fine, as the glass is not broken and the electrics still work. How can I fix it properly as there seems to be some sort of clip missing or something which attaches mirror to arm? Please advise.

We appreciate your donation.

I could not find any information on a 1996 Ford Maverick

You will need to remove the door panel on so you can gain access to the mounting bolts for the mirror. You will have to inspect the bracket from the inside to determine if it can be remounted or if you need to completely replace the mirror.
