No fuel getting to engine

I have a 2001 Ford Focus SE. 2.0 liter split port injection, auto trans. Approximately 97,000 miles. I recently changed the timing belt because it jumped a tooth. I put everything back together, took off the valve cover, turned the crank with a breaker bar a few times to see if everything looked okay, and put it back together. I installed new plugs, but when I went to start it, it turns over fine, but won't fire. I pulled out a plug, checked for spark, and it does have spark. I looked at the plug, though, and it's not getting any fuel. I had also changed the front radiator support due to some accident damage. I read the manual, and it mentions a fuel inertia switch, so I thought maybe I triggered it while replacing the support, but it wasn't tripped. The fuel tank is half full. I've looked all over, and can't find any loose wires. I'm stumped. It started before I changed the belt, but it was clanging, and I'm hoping I didn't do major damage to the engine, but since it won't start, I don't know. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I would like you to perform a compression test on all the cylinders first. If all checks out go to the next step

put your finger over the #1 spark plug hole and crank the engine untill you feel a rush of air followed by a short suction. Then take off the distributor cap, and check to see if hte rotor is lined up with the #1 spark plug wire, if not the car has jumped time.

If its all good try some starting fluid, does it fire right up?

Post back your findings.
