Yes. Ford made accessing these important little doo-hickies challenging.

High side should be visible on the passenger side, from the top. Follow the high-pressure line. It's near the firewall.
Low pressure is more complex. Different Focus models have different detail, but low-pressure fitting is on the dryer canister. You might be able to access it from underneath vehicle. If there's too many splash guards in the way, remove Passenger side headlight assembly. Dryer canister will be visible between the vehicle frame and fender. Headlight assembly has a "hidden" 10mm bolt which is accessible only from underneath. Watch out for this one--> It's a real chore to get access to.
