There are a few things that could make your car to run lean.
To be able to help you, get the trouble codes (autozone or o'reilly retrieve them for free) and reply back with them.
We'll start from there; without the codes we'd be shooting in the dark.

Do the following:
-check your fuel pressure
-clean your MAF sensor
-check for vacuum leaks

Start with the MAF sensor: buy some MAF sensor cleaner (3 buck).
Remove the air duct, and spray some cleaner on the sensor. Let it soak for a few minutes, then spray some cleaner again. Don't touch the sensor; just spray it.
A lot of time, cleaning this sensor fixes this type of problem.

Hope this help
