2003 Ford Focus Focus makes lots of noise for first 20 minu

For the first 20 minutes in the morning the car makes a lot of noise. Specifically runs very hard and shakes quite a bit. Also when turning (only to the right and more so at low speeds) there is a pulsing sound. Not really grating but harsh sounding.

The noises are from the front of the car (under the hood). I recently changed the alternator, tensioner and serpentine belt.

After about 20 minutes of driving the car runs smooth as silk.
